🍓 Recipe #1: Strawberry Lime Fizz

  • Ingredients

    • 3–4 strawberries (fresh or frozen)

    • Juice of 1 lime

    • 1–2 tsp allulose or stevia (to taste)

    • Sparkling water or club soda

    • Ice

  • Instructions

    1. Muddle strawberries and lime juice in a glass.

    2. Add sweetener and mix.

    3. Fill with ice and top with sparkling water. Stir and enjoy!


🍍 Recipe #2: Pineapple Ginger Cooler

  • Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup pineapple juice (no added sugar)

    • 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger (or a dash of powdered)

    • 1 tsp stevia or allulose

    • 1/2 cup water or sparkling water

    • Ice and a lime wedge

  • Instructions

    1. Mix pineapple juice, ginger, and sweetener in a shaker or glass.

    2. Add water, pour over ice, and garnish with lime.


🍋 Recipe #3: Lemon Cucumber Refresher

  • Ingredients

    • Juice of 1 lemon

    • 3 cucumber slices

    • 1–2 tsp stevia or allulose

    • 1/2 cup cold water

    • Ice

  • Instructions

    1. Muddle cucumber and lemon juice in a glass.

    2. Add sweetener and water. Stir and serve over ice.


🍊 Recipe #4: Orange Cream Soda

  • Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup orange juice (no added sugar)

    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 tsp allulose or stevia

    • Sparkling water or soda water

    • Ice

  • Instructions

    1. Mix juice, vanilla, and sweetener.

    2. Add sparkling water and ice. Stir gently.


🍉 Recipe #5: Watermelon Mint Sparkle

  • Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup watermelon chunks

    • 3–4 mint leaves

    • 1–2 tsp stevia or allulose

    • Juice of 1/2 lime

    • Sparkling water

  • Instructions

    1. Muddle watermelon, mint, and lime juice.

    2. Add sweetener and mix.

    3. Pour into glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
