🍓 Recipe #1: Strawberry Lime Fizz

Ingredients

3–4 strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Juice of 1 lime
-
1–2 tsp allulose or stevia (to taste)

Sparkling water or club soda
-
Ice
-

Instructions
-
Muddle strawberries and lime juice in a glass.

Add sweetener and mix.
-
Fill with ice and top with sparkling water. Stir and enjoy!

🍍 Recipe #2: Pineapple Ginger Cooler

Ingredients

1/2 cup pineapple juice (no added sugar)
-
1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger (or a dash of powdered)

1 tsp stevia or allulose
-
1/2 cup water or sparkling water
-
Ice and a lime wedge
-

Instructions
-
Mix pineapple juice, ginger, and sweetener in a shaker or glass.

Add water, pour over ice, and garnish with lime.

🍋 Recipe #3: Lemon Cucumber Refresher

Juice of 1 lemon

3 cucumber slices

1–2 tsp stevia or allulose

1/2 cup cold water

Ice

Instructions

Muddle cucumber and lemon juice in a glass.

Add sweetener and water. Stir and serve over ice.

🍊 Recipe #4: Orange Cream Soda

1/2 cup orange juice (no added sugar)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp allulose or stevia

Sparkling water or soda water

Ice

Instructions

Mix juice, vanilla, and sweetener.

Add sparkling water and ice. Stir gently.

🍉 Recipe #5: Watermelon Mint Sparkle

1/2 cup watermelon chunks

3–4 mint leaves

1–2 tsp stevia or allulose

Juice of 1/2 lime

Sparkling water

Instructions

Muddle watermelon, mint, and lime juice.

Pour into glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
